These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prime-tech.site and, where applicable, the general conditions under which Prime Tech provides digital development services. By using the site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Prime Tech
Prime Tech provides websites, ecommerce, POS systems, SEO, AI solutions, and related software services from Lebanon, delivered remotely and/or as a service-area business.

Site content (text, branding, design, and media) is owned by Prime Tech or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without permission.

Information on this website is for general presentation of our services. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Project recommendations are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
4. Service engagements
When you hire Prime Tech, the specific scope, timeline, fees, deliverables, and ownership terms are defined in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the project documents control for that engagement.
Quotes and timelines
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Scope changes may adjust fees and timelines. Deadlines depend on timely feedback and access from your side.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accurate requirements, content, and materials you supply
- Rights to use logos, copy, images, and data you provide
- Access to accounts, hosting, or APIs needed for delivery (when applicable)
- Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed windows
Payments
Payment schedules (for example deposit + milestones + final) are stated in the project agreement or invoice. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for the agreed deliverables, you receive the rights described in the project agreement (typically a license or assignment to use the delivered work for your business). Prime Tech may retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, libraries, and know-how used to create the work, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use.
For paid services, our liability is limited as set out in the project agreement, and typically does not exceed fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, APIs, fonts, analytics, messaging). Those services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties outside our control.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information you share for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver the work, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the project agreement. Fees for work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed project agreement specifies otherwise. Courts in Lebanon have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for site use.
